Triconcore started as a two desk dispatch office in Jersey City, and carriers kept asking the team to take on more, from invoicing to check calls to their own websites, so that is exactly what happened.
Today the company runs three independent service lines: truck dispatching for carriers and fleets, business process outsourcing for support and back office work across industries, and web development for businesses that need a site, portal or tool built well. Trucking is still where Triconcore is strongest and best known, but BPO and web development stand on their own and serve clients well beyond the freight industry.

Business process outsourcing and web development are run by their own teams with their own leads, tools and client rosters, and neither one requires a company to also be a dispatch client. A trucking company can come to Triconcore for one service or all three, and a business with no trucks at all can still hire the BPO or web development team on its own.
