Truck Dispatching That Puts You in Control

A dedicated dispatcher who knows your truck, your lanes and your home time works the boards on your behalf, so you stay focused on the road while Triconcore handles everything around it.

What’s included

Everything off your phone and onto our desk.

One flat percentage covers the full scope of Triconcore’s truck dispatching service, not a list of extra charges.

Load booking

Triconcore dispatchers work DAT, Truckstop, direct broker relationships and private boards to fill your schedule before the week even starts.

Rate negotiation

Every load is negotiated against real lane history, and you approve the rate before anything is booked, so there is never any forced dispatch.

Route & trip planning

Planning accounts for hours of service limits, pairs backhauls where possible and routes fuel stops to keep deadhead miles as low as possible.

Paperwork & compliance

Carrier packets, rate confirmations, bills of lading, proofs of delivery and broker setup are filed and tracked on your behalf.

Invoicing & factoring support

Invoices go out the same day, factoring packets are prepared in advance and payment follow up continues until you are paid in full.

24/7 driver support

Check calls, detention claims, breakdown coordination and after hours rerouting are all handled by a real person, day or night.

How it works & FAQ

Straight answers before you sign.

What equipment do you dispatch?
Triconcore dispatches dry van, reefer, flatbed and step deck, box truck, hotshot and power only equipment, working with everyone from single owner operators to fleets of fifty trucks or more.
Triconcore charges a transparent flat percentage of the gross linehaul, billed weekly, with no signup fee, no per load add ons and no charge on loads you book yourself.
The dispatch agreement runs week to week. You can cancel with written notice, and Triconcore will close out your open loads and paperwork before parting ways.
Never. Triconcore does not force dispatch. Every rate is presented for your approval before anything is booked.
You will need your MC authority letter, a W9, a certificate of insurance naming Triconcore as certificate holder and a signed dispatch agreement. The Carrier Setup form walks you through all four steps.

Most carriers are onboarded the same business day and booked on their first load within 24 to 48 hours, depending on lane and equipment type.
