If a lane or rate does not work for you, you simply pass, and your dispatcher keeps working the boards.
A member of the onboarding team reviews your packet, confirms your authority and insurance, and assigns you a dedicated dispatcher based on your equipment and preferred lanes. You will hear back the same business day in most cases, and your dispatcher will walk you through how load approvals, check calls and invoicing work before your first load is booked, so nothing about the process is a surprise once you are running.
